All moments, dates, labels, categories, and custom backgrounds you create are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. You can use our app without creating an account or providing any personal information. Automatically Collected Information: We and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information when you use our Application, including:

All moments you create — including their titles, dates, categories, colors, and background images — are stored exclusively on your local device. This data is not synced to any cloud service or external server operated by us. If you delete the app, all locally stored moment data will be permanently removed from your device. We recommend backing up your device regularly to prevent unintended data loss.

Home Screen Widgets

Moment Tracker offers home screen widgets for iOS and Android. Widget data (such as the moment title and time display) is processed entirely on your device using data you have already entered into the app. No additional data is collected or transmitted as a result of using widgets.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Children's Privacy

Moment Tracker is suitable for general audiences, including families. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
